What does the butler actually do?
Meets you at check-in and walks you past the queue, unpacks and presses garments, books your spa and dining ahead of other guests, and serves afternoon tea, dinner or cocktails in your suite. They are on call 24 hours.
Is The Palace worth it on a 2-night cruise?
For a honeymoon, usually yes — the boarding experience, the private pool and the suite are most of the point. For a general holiday on a 2-night sailing we often say a Balcony Deluxe is better value, and we will tell you that.
Can you arrange a cake or decorations?
Yes, on board and at the hotel. Tell us the occasion and the date at booking and we arrange it with both.
