Check-ins:

  • Upon receiving your Booking Reservation, please proceed with the mandatory online Check-In at https://webcheckin.stardreamcruises.com, which is now open for you to input your details correctly. Please note that online check-in closes 48 hours before departure. For online check-in, please use the Dream Cruises booking ID. The ID can be found on your Reservation voucher. Even if you can't check in online, you can still do it manually on the day of your departure.
  • The counter is the only place where you can get your cabin number and room keycards.
  • Please refer to the review blog for step-by-step check-in and boarding procedures.
  • Please take note of gate close timings and respective Check-In Time, Check in schedule (March - December 2025) and Check in schedule (January - April 2026)

  • Personal medication
  • Passports must have at least 6 months' validity from the return date of the cruise.
  • You need to bring a printed or digital copy of your cruise ticket.
  • If you have one, a valid work permit, employment pass, long-term pass, student pass, dependent pass, or re-entry permit
  • Applicable VISA requirements, Cash (in Singapore Dollars), and Credit Cards that can be used
  • For the swimming pool and water rides, please wear the appropriate attire. For the rock wall and zip line, you need sneakers or shoes with closed toes.

Baggage Policies:

  • Luggage exceeding 55cm x 40cm x 23cm in size or weighing 9kg or more must be checked in.
  • Carry-on items allowed: strollers, camera bags, tote bags, duffel bags, paper bags, and plastic bags.
  • All carry-ons must fit under the seat or in cabin storage.
